You, the patient, are the centre of our attention. Whether you plan your health stay privately or through a government institution:
Cooperation with government institutions / embassies
As soon as we receive the inquiry and the medical reports from your embassy we contact different clinics to find the most appropriate specialist and the optimal therapy for you. Within 48 hours you will receive comprehensive answers to your questions: What does the expected schedule look like? Which costs will arise? How fast can you be treated? Etc. We deal with the necessary formalities directly with your embassy and include these in the treatment process where necessary.
Get picked up by us directly from the airport and be brought, along with your luggage and your companion, to your hospital or your hotel. We are of course at your disposal on-site with our patient offices, and also take care of your return transport to the airport at the end of your stay.
As a rule, your embassy takes on the costs for both the medical facilities and for the recommended treatments. The costs for additionally desired services are borne directly by the patient just like for hotel or apartment reservations. We offer you here exclusive comfort as well, such as our eHealth card.
If you want to use Germany’s health services on an initiative of your own, therefore as a private patient, we generally proceed just the same. The only difference is that the contact takes place directly with you and all arrangements are met directly between you and us.
Before your arrival in Germany, 60% of the cost estimation must be paid. A comfortable solution for this and for many further services is our eHealth card. All other services like shuttle or limousine service, interpreter services etc. requested by you are settled as soon as you have arrived. Do you have any questions? Please contact us.
